Recognizes human Di-Methyl-Histone H3 (Lys9). Species cross-reactivity: mouse, rat, monkey. Sequence Homology: porcine, cerevisiae, bovine, xenopus, zebrafish, elegans.

Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation, Immunofluorescence (IF-IC) and Immunoprecipitation (Chromatin). Western Blot: 1:1000. Incubate membrane with diluted antibody in 5% w/v BSA, 1X TBS, 0.1% Tween-20 at 4°C with gentle shaking, overnight. Immunoprecipitation: 1:50. Immunofluorescence (IF-IC) 1:200.
