Recognizes endogenous levels of human Histone H3 at ~17kD only when tri-methylated on Lys36. Species cross-reactivity: Mouse, rat, monkey. Species sequence Homology: Chicken, hamster, bovine, Drosophila, xenopus, zebrafish.

Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunoprecipitation. Western Blot: 1:1000 diluted in 5% w/v BSA, 1X TBS, 0.1% Tween-20. Incubate at 4°C with gentle shaking, overnight. Chromatin Immunoprecipitation: 1:50.
