Scientific Description
The recombinant human C1D/GST chimera consists of 375 amino acids and has a predicted molecular mass of 43.2 kDa. It migrates as an approximately 43 KDa band in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions. A DNA sequence encoding the human C1D (Q13901) (Met 1-Ser 141) was fused with the GST tag at the N-terminus.
