    The recombinant human CD105 consists of 572 amino acids after removal of the signal peptide and predicts a molecular mass of 62.3 kDa. As a result of glycosylation, rh CD105 migrates as an approximately 80-90 kDa protein in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions. A DNA sequence encoding the extracellular domain of human CD105 (NP_001108225.1) (Met 1-Gly 586) was expressed, with C-terminal fused polyhistidine tag.
