    The recombinant human CD300C consists of 166 amino acids and predictes a molecular mass of 18.4 kDa. In SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions, the apparent molecular mass of rh CD300C is approximately 40-45 kDa due to glycosylation. A DNA sequence encoding the human CD300C (NP_006669.1) extracellular domain (Met 1-Arg 183) was expressed, with a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus.
