Scientific Description
The recombinant human CLDN11/mFc comprises 296 amino acids and has a predicted molecular mass of 33.2 kDa. The apparent molecular mass of the monomer is approximately 37 kDa in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions due to glycosylation. A DNA sequence encoding the human CLDN11 (O75508) (Val23-Arg82) was expressed with the Fc region of mouse IgG1 at the N-terminus.
