Scientific Description
The recombinant human GMPR consists of 360 amino acids and predicts a molecular mass of 39.2 KDa. It migrates as an approximately 37 KDa band in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions. A DNA sequence encoding the human GMPR (Met1-Ser345) was expressed with a polyhistidine tag at the N-terminus.
