    The secreted recombinant human IL17RC/Fc is a disulfide-linked homodimeric protein. The reduced monomer consists of 675 amino acids and has a predicted molecular mass of 75.3 kDa. The apparent molecular mass of rh IL17RC/Fc monomer is approximately 100-120 kDa in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions due to glycosylation. A DNA sequence encoding the extracellular domain of human IL17RC isoform 3 (NP_116121.2) (Met 1-Ala 454) was fused with the Fc region of human IgG1 at the C-terminus.
