Scientific Description
The recombinant human IMPA1 consists of 295 amino acids and predicts a molecular mass of 32.4 KDa. It migrates as an approximately 32 KDa band in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions. A DNA sequence encoding the human IMPA1 (P29218-1) (Met1-Asp277) was expressed with a polyhistidine tag at the N-terminus.
