Binding of LAG3 human Fc fusion protein (GTX65640-pro) on dendritic and B cells. Method: Monocyte-derived immature DC (iDC), DC matured for 48h with LPS (mDC) and EBV-transformed B-cells are incubated with either an anti-MHC class II MAb (10microg/ml) or GTX65640 LAG3 human Fc fusion protein (10microg/ml) for 30 min. at 4oC in PBS/1% BSA. The cells are then stained for 30 min. at 4oC with anti-human Fc antibody.
