    The recombinant human MSLN/Fc comprises 491 amino acids and has a predicted molecular mass of 53.7 kDa. The apparent molecular mass of the protein is approximately 56 kDa in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions. A DNA sequence encoding the human MSLN (Q13421-2) (Met1-Arg286) was expressed, fused with the Fc region of human IgG1 at the C-terminus.
