    The recombinant human CD160 consists of 143 amino acids and has a predicted molecular mass of 16.4 kDa. In SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions, rh CD160 migrates as an approximately 25 kDa band due to glycosylation. A DNA sequence encoding the human CD160 (NP_008984.1) (Met 1-Leu 158) without the propeptide was expressed, with a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus.
