Scientific Description
The recombinant human METTL11A/GST chimera consists of 454 amino acids and has a predicted molecular mass of 52.2 kDa. It migrates as an approxiamtely 48 kDa band in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions. A DNA sequence encoding the human METTL11A (NP_054783.2) (Thr 2-Arg 223) was fused with the GST tag at the N-terminus.
