    The secreted recombinant human SLITRK4 comprises 609 amino acids and has a predicted molecular mass of 68.6 kDa. The apparent molecular mass of rhSLITRK4 is approximately 85 kDa in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions due to glycosylation. A DNA sequence encoding the human SLITRK4 (Q8IW52) (Met 1-Pro 616) was fused with a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus.
