Scientific Description
The recombinant human TMEM25 consists of 209 amino acids and predicts a molecular mass of 22.8 KDa. It migrates as an approximately 43 KDa band in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions. A DNA sequence encoding the human TMEM25 (AAH51841.1) (Met1-Pro224) was expressed with a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus.
