The recombinant human TXNL4A consists of 157 amino acids and has a calculated molecular mass of 18.6KDa. It migrates as an approximately 16 kDa band in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions. A DNA sequence encoding the human TXNL4A (P83876) (Met 1-Tyr 142) was expressed, with a polyhistidine tag at the N-terminus.
