Recognizes the human CD54 cell surface antigen, a 90kD glycoprotein also known as ICAM-1. CD54 is expressed by many cells following activation by inflammatory mediators.

Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Flow Cytometry: (Neat) Use 10 ul of the suggested working dilution to label 1E6 cells in 100ul. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
