ICMT-IN-7 (compound 74) is an inhibitor of ICMT ( IC 50 =0.015 microM). ICMT-IN-7 dose-dependently induces ICMT accumulation in the cytoplasm of HCT-116 cells and inhibits the proliferation of multiple cancer cell lines expressing K-Ras and N-Ras [1] .
