Human CYP24A1 / CYP24. This antibody is expected to recognize both reported isoforms (NP_000773.2; NP_001122387.1).

Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:32000. Western blot: Approx 50kD band observed in Human and Rat Liver lysates (calculated MW of 51.2kD according to NP_001122387.1). Recommended concentration: 0.1-0.3 ug/ml.. IHC, IHC-P (3.75 µg/ml), Peptide-ELISA (1:32000), WB (0.1 - 0.3 µg/ml) Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:32000.
