Human TXNDC5. This antibody is expected to recognize both reported isoforms (NP_110437.2; NP_001139021.1).

Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:16000. Western blot: Approx 50kD plus faint 35kD bands observed in Human Lymph Nodes lysates (calculated MW of 47.6kD according to NP_110437.2) and of 36.2kD according to NP_001139021.1. Recommended concentration: 0.1-0.3 ug/ml.. IHC, IHC-P (3.75 µg/ml), Peptide-ELISA (1:16000), WB (0.1 - 0.3 µg/ml) Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:16000.
