At least three isoforms of VAMP7 are known to exist; this antibody will detect the two longest isoforms. This antibody is predicted to not cross-react with other Ras-related proteins.

VAMP7 antibody can be used for detection of VAMP7 by Western blot at 0.5 - 1 ug/mL. For immunofluorescence start at 20 ug/mL. Antibody validated: Western Blot in mouse samples and Immunofluorescence in human samples. All other applications and species not yet tested. Western Blot: Predicted: 24, 29 kDa Observed: 32 kDa. ELISA, IF, IHC, IHC-P (5 µg/ml), WB (1 - 2 µg/ml) VAMP7 antibody can be used for detection of VAMP7 by Western blot at 0.5 - 1 ug/mL. For immunofluorescence start at 20 ug/mL.
