IQ 3 is a specific c-Jun N-terminal kinase (JNK) inhibitor with Kd of 66 nM, 240 nM and 290 nM for JNK3, JNK1 and JNK2, respectively. IQ 3 inhibits LPS-induced NF-kappaB/AP1 transcriptional activity in THP1-Blue cells with IC50 of 1.4 microM. IQ 3 also inhibits TNF-alpha and IL-6 production in vitro.
