
Cell lysates of Jurkat (40ug) were resolved by SDS-PAGE, transferred to NC membrane and probed with anti-human IRF-7 (1:1,000). Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-mouse secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and an ECL detection system.

IRF7 has been shown to play a role in the transcriptional activation of virus-inducible cellular genes, including interferon beta chain genes. Inducible expression of IRF7 is largely restricted to lymphoid tissue.
