Isocitrate dehydrogenase, Porcine heart (ICDH) is a citric acid or tricarboxylic acid cycle enzyme, is often used in biochemical studies. Isocitrate dehydrogenase catalyzes the oxidative decarboxylation of isocitrate to alpha-ketoglutarate and reduces NAD(P) + to NAD(P)H, it plays important roles in cellular metabolism [1] .
