Recognizes the mouse integrin alpha IIb subunit CD41. Reported to inhibit PMA induced aggregation in vitro and to induce hypothermia in vivo.

Flow Cytometry: Neat-1/10. Use 10 ul of the suggested working dilution to label 1E6 cells in 100ul. Recommended Secondary Reagents: Streptavidin labeled with FITC. Streptavidin labeled with RPE. Recommended Negative Controls: Rat IgG1 labeled with Biotin. Source: Tissue culture supernatant. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product.
