Recognizes the human VLA-6 cell surface antigen, also known as the alpha 6 integrin and as CD49f. CD49f is expressed by platelets, weakly by monocytes and by a subset of lymphocytes.

Flow Cytometry: Neat. Use 10 ul of the suggested working dilution to label 1E6 cells in 100ul. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
