Recognizes mouse Integrin a9. Cross-reactivity: rhIntegrin a1, a8, a9, aL, rmIntegrin 3, 4, 5, E, and M 5%.

Suitable for use in Western Blot, Flow Cytometry and ELISA. Western Blot: 0.1-0.2 ug/ml. Detection limit for rmIntegrin alpha9 is ~5 ng/lane under non-reducing and reducing conditions, respectively. Flow Cytometry: 50 ug/ml. Use 10 ul to 1-2.5x10^5 cells in a total reaction volume not exceeding 200ul. Tested on D3 mouse embryonic stem cells. Direct ELISA: 0.5-1 ug/ml. Detection limit for rmIntegrin alpha9 is ~0.2 ng/well.. ELISA (0.5 - 1 µg/ml), Flo (50 µg/ml), WB (0.1 - 0.2 µg/ml) Suitable for use in Western Blot, Flow Cytometry and ELISA.
