Recognizes human aV integrin subunit and with all aV-containing integrin receptors.

Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry, Immunocytochemistry, Flow Cytometry, Immunoprecipitation, FACS and EIA. Immunohistochemistry: 1:1000. For use on acetone or paraformaldehyde fixed tissue. Immunocytochemistry: 1:1000. Will react with some lymphoid cell lines (B cells), many carcinoma and melanoma cell lines and osteosarcomas..
