Recognizes Integrin b3 (CD61), as determined by an independent laboratory. Mr ~115kD. Species cross-reactivity: Human.

Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry, Immunocytochemistry. Immunocytochemistry: 5-20 ug/ml showed positive immunostaining for Integrin 3 (CD61) in HuVec cells fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde followed by permeabilization with 0.25% Triton X-100. Western Blot: Detects Integrin 3 (CD61) in WM852 and 1205Lu whole cell extracts. Immunohistochemistry: Detects Integrin 3 (CD61) in malignant melanoma sections..
