Recognizes the rat Killer cell lectin-like receptor subfamily B protein, also known as NKR-PI or CD161. CD161 is a 233 amino acid ~60 kD type II single pass protein containing a single domain. CD161 is expressed on rat NK cells and T cell subpopulations.

The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested. Flow Cytometry: Use 10 ul of the suggested working dilution to label 10^6 cells in 100 ul. Method sheets are available on request..
