KT-333 ammonium is a molecular glue that induces the degradation of the STAT3 protein. By binding to STAT3 and the E3 ubiquitin ligase von Hippel-Lindau protein (VHL), KT-333 ammonium leverages the ubiquitin-proteasome system to mediate selective degradation of STAT3. It demonstrates strong selectivity in degrading STAT3 and exhibits significant antitumor activity. KT-333 ammonium can be employed in research on hematologic malignancies such as large granular lymphocyte leukemia (LGL-L), peripheral T-cell lymphoma (PTCL), and cutaneous T-cell lymphoma (CTCL).
