LBM-415 (NVP-PDF 713) is a peptide deformylase ( PDF ) inhibitor that exhibits inhibitory activity against various antimicrobial-resistant gram-positive cocci, with a MIC 90 range of 0.12-8 microg/ml. Additionally, inhibiting efflux pump activity can enhance bacterial sensitivity to LBM415, thereby improving its antibacterial efficacy [1] .
