LSD1-IN-18 is a potent, non-covalent, selective inhibitor of LSD1 (Ki:0.156 microM; KD: 0.075 microM).LSD1-IN-18 exhibited anti-proliferative effects in THP-1 leukemia cells and MDA-MB-231 breast cancer cells with IC50 (72 h) of 0.16 and 0.21 microM, respectively.
