    Lucicebtide acetate is the acetate salt form of Lucicebtide (HY-P10376). Lucicebtide acetate is a selective antagonist for CCAAT/enhancer binding protein beta (C/EBPbeta). Lucicebtide acetate binds to the leucine zipper domain of C/EBPbeta, prevents its dimerization, and ubiquitin-dependently degrades C/EBPbeta. Lucicebtide acetate arrests cell cycle at G0/G1 phase. Lucicebtide acetate exhibits cytotoxicity in cancer cells. Lucicebtide acetate exhibits good pharmacokinetic characters and inhibits tumor growth in mouse model[1].
