Detects endogenous levels of total p38 MAP kinase protein. Does not recognize either JNK/SAPK or p44/42 MAP kinase. Species cross-reactivity: human, mouse and rat.

Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin sections) and Flow Cytometry. Western Blot: 1:1000, incubate membrane with diluted antibody in 5% BSA, 1X TBS, 0.1% Tween-20 at 4?C with gentle shaking, overnight. Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin): 1:50. Flow Cytometry: 1:25..
