Mavodelpar (REN001) is a selective PPARdelta agonist. Mavodelpar suppresses glomerular injury and renal fibrosis. Mavodelpar can be used for the research of primary mitochondrial myopathies (PMM) and long-chain fatty acid oxidation disorders (LC-FAOD) [1] . Mavodelpar is a click chemistry reagent, it contains an Alkyne group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAc) with molecules containing Azide groups.
