Mesendogen is a TRPM6 inhibitor. Mesendogen enhances the mesoderm and definitive endoderm (DE) differentiations of human embryonic stem cells (hESCs) and human induced pluripotent stem cells (hiPSCs). Mesendogen can be used for the research of magnesium homeostasis during early embryonic cell development [1] .
