Reacts with the H-2Dk class I alloantigen. It cross-reacts with H-2Kd and with cells from mice with the H-2f haplotype. Does not react with other (e. g., a, b, p, q, r, s) haplotypes.

Flow cytometry. Complement-dependent cytotoxicity. Flow Cytometry: 1 ug/1E6 cells. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
