Recognizes an epitope in the alpha3 domain that is common to H-2Kd and H-2Dd. Binds to a common determinant in the alpha3 domains of H-2Kd and H-2Dd in the presence or absence of b2 microglobulin. It cross-reacts with the alpha3 domain of H-2Kb.

Flow cytometry. Immunohistochemistry (acetone-fixed, frozen tissue sections). Complement-mediated cytotoxicity. Flow Cytometry: 0.1 ug/1E6 cells. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.. Ctox, Flo, IHC, IHC-Fr Flow cytometry.
