Scientific info: AdenoMag Transfection Reagent is a magnetic nanoparticles formulation specifically dedicated to enhance Adenovirus and Adeno Associated Virus (AAV) infection and transduction capacities. Based on the Magnetofection™ technology, it allows concentrating the complete applied dose of viral particles onto cells within minutes, inducing a significant improvement of virus infectivity with extremely low vector doses. Due to its specific properties, AdenoMag is applicable to all adenoviral and AAV vectors and is ideal to infect non permissive cells. This reagent demonstrates an exceptionally high efficiency to promote, control and assist Adenoviral and AAV transductions in a way that no molecular biology processes or biochemical modifications are required.
