Scientific Description
The recombinant mouse CAMK4 consists of 471 amino acids and predicts a molecular mass of 52.7 KDa. It migrates as an approximately 55 KDa band in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions. A DNA sequence encoding the mouse CAMK4(P08414) (Met1-Tyr469) was expressed and purified with two additional amino acids (Gly & Pro ) at the N-terminus.
