    The recombinant mouse CD200R4/Fc is a disulfide-linked homodimer. The reduced monomer comprises 457 amino acids and has a predicted molecular mass of 50.6 kDa. As a result of glycosylation, the apparent molecular mass of rm CD200R4/Fc monomer is approximately 80-90 kDa in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions. A DNA sequence encoding the extracellular domain of mouse CD200R4 (NP_997127.1) (Met 1-Thr 241) was fused with the Fc region of human IgG1 at the C-terminus.
