  • Scientific Description
    The secreted recombinant mouse CD7 comprises 138 amino acids and has a predicted molecular mass of 15.7 kDa. As a result of glycosylation, the apparent molecular mass of rmCD7 is approximately 20-30 kDa in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions. A DNA sequence encoding the mouse CD7 (NP_033984.1) extracellular domain (Met 1-Pro 150) was fused with a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus.
