    The secreted recombinant mouse CSF1R consists of 503 amino acids and has a predicted molecular mass of 56.8 kDa. As a result of glycosylation, the apparent molecular mass of rm CSF1R is approximately 80-90 kDa in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions. A DNA sequence encoding the mouse CSF1R (NP_001032948.2) extracellular domain (Met 1-Ser 511) was fused with a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus.
