Scientific Description
The recombinant mouse DLL1 consists of 506 amino acids and has a predicted molecular mass of 55 kDa. In SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions, the apparent molecular mass of rm DLL1 is approximately 65 kDa due to glycosylation. A DNA sequence encoding the extracellular domain of mouse DLL1 (NP_031891.2) (Met 1-Gln 516) was expressed, with a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus.
