    The secreted recombinant mouse IL10RB comprises 212 amino acids and has a calculated molecular mass of 25 kDa. As a result of glycosylation, the apparent molecular mass of rmIL10RB is approximately 35-45 kDa in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions. A DNA sequence encoding the extracellular domain of mouse IL10RB (NP_032375.2) (Met 1-Ser 222) was expressed, with a C-terminal polyhistidine tag.
