Scientific Description
The recombinant mouse IL17BR comprises 280 amino acids and has a predicted molecular mass of 31.3 kDa. The apparent molecular mass of the protein is approximately 42 kDa in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions due to glycosylation. A DNA sequence encoding the mouse IL17BR (Q9JIP3-1) (Met1-Gly286) was expressed with a C-terminal polyhistidine tag.
