  • Scientific Description
    The recombinant mouse MAPK1 consists of 360 amino acids and predicts a molecular mass of 41.4 KDa. It migrates as an approximately 37 KDa band in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions. A DNA sequence encoding the mouse MAPK1(P63085) (Met1-Ser358) was expressed and purified with two additional amino acids (Gly & Pro ) at the N-terminus.
