Scientific Description
The recombinant mouse NCSTN comprises 652 amino acids and has a predicted molecular mass of 73 kDa. The apparent molecular mass of the protein is approximately 95-99 kDa in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions due to glycosylation. A DNA sequence encoding the mouse NCSTN (P57716) (Met1-Gln668) was expressed with a C-terminal polyhistidine tag.
