Scientific Description
The secreted recombinant mouse CADM3 consists of 317 amino acids and has a predicted molecular mass of 35 kDa. In SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions, the apparent molecular mass of rm CADM3 is approximately 37-42 kDa due to glycosylation. A DNA sequence encoding the mouse CADM3 (NP_444429.1) extracellular domain (Met 1-His 328) was expressed, with a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus.
